CMG is seeking a Business Development Coordinator who has 2-3 years of professional experience in design, including graphic design, writing and editing of marketing materials.

The primary work responsibilities for the BD Coordinator position are managing the production of all marketing materials, coordinating responses to formal requests for proposals and calls for award submissions, writing articles and coordinating content for design magazines, summarizing project descriptions and firm information, and supplementing website content.

The following qualities and skills are required:

• Professionalism
• Initiative, leadership, and organization skills
• Excellent writing and editing skills to create project descriptions, clear proposals and compelling articles about the firm and our projects
• Excellent graphic design skills developed through formal educational training or work experience
• Fluency and mastery of current Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, as well as Microsoft Office software
• Ability to maintain grace under pressure, as most projects will be deadline oriented
