Mr. Strelneck joined CMG in 2007 as the office manager.  He provides CMG with operational support, bringing over 10 years of experience from a variety of firms in management consulting, executive coaching and communication, and web design.  He manages the behind-the-scenes ins and outs that help keep CMG running. He has also served as a consultant and executive coach to non-profits in the Bay Area, including designing a training program for international volunteers, and designed and co-taught courses in intercultural communication.

He holds a BA in English Literature from California State University, Chico, which includes a year at UMASS, Amherst, and the University of Bristol, England. His graduate coursework is in Social and Cultural Anthropology, and Organization Development and Transformation from the California Institute of Integral Studies. During his studies, he spent time in Beijing in a cross cultural management project.
