A competition winning Design-Build project with PCL Construction and Steinberg Architects to construct student housing, Student Coordinator and Faculty-In-Residence apartments, administrative offices, conference and multi-purpose rooms, laundry and mail facilities, recreational lounges, a convenience store, a maintenance facility, a central plant and a dining facility.  Approximately 4 acres of site improvements will include a large plaza to accommodate all sizes of events and social activity, numerous smaller outdoor spaces for social activity, relaxation and study, and a quarter mile Paseo to connect all new and existing student housing to the plaza.
