CMG collaborated with PCL Construction and Steinberg Architects for the design of this winning student housing competition entry. The extensive design/build proposal encompasses a long list of services in addition student housing. Included in the proposal were student coordinator and faculty-in-residence apartments, administrative offices, conference and multi-purpose rooms, laundry and mail facilities, recreational lounges, a convenience store, a maintenance facility, a central plant, and a dining facility.
