CMG collaborated with Pfau Long Architecture for the redesign of this high school campus. Retaining the spirit of site elements that previously defined the campus, the master plan adds value to remnant exterior areas by restructuring and infusing the spaces with program. The central grass field, a remnant of the school’s turn-of-the-century playing fields, was remade and “preserved” by placing new workshops underneath. The resultant environment strengthens the continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces at all scales.
