CMG is assisting the Presidio Trust to develop a unique model for San Francisco’s Presidio National Park.  By developing discreet sites within this 1,491 acre, urban national park,  the Trust is able to restore and preserve open space while generating revenue to meet Congress’ challenge for the Park’s financial independence.  The former hospital and surrounding outpost buildings will be retrofitted to accommodate new housing and the surrounding 42 acre grounds will be developed into a variety of programmed open spaces including dune restoration, public parks and private residential gardens and courtyards.
