We are working with a host of neighborhood groups, city departments, clients and the community to ensure that this redevelopment site includes high-quality open spaces for the residents and regional community.
Through many iterations and discussions with the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency and interested parties, we are structuring our schematic designs around preserving vantage points and creating porosity throughout the site.  A series of view corridors with neighborhood pocket parks accommodate a range of programs including community gardens, dining terraces, overlooks and playgrounds.
