CMG is assisting the Presidio Trust to develop a unique model for San Francisco’s Presidio National Park.  By developing discreet sites of this 75,500 acre, urban national park, the Trust is able to restore and preserve open space while generating revenue to meet Congress’ challenge for the Park’s financial independence.  CMG with the Presidio Trust, Perkins + Will, and Forest City Enterprises is reima-gining this historic site. The former hospital and surrounding outpost buildings will be retrofitted to acco-mmodate new housing and the surrounding 42 acre grounds will be developed into a variety of pro-grammed open spaces including dune restoration, public parks, private residential gardens and courtyards.
