At this ten acre basin in Dublin, CMG worked closely with a team of hydrologic engineers and native plant and habitat restorers to transform this infrastructural development into a public amenity. The development is required by state and regional water quality control regulations to treat all of its stormwater before the water enters the city's stormwater system. Sculptural landforms and the introduction of limited public access reinforce the site’s identity and value for the community. Through CMG’s thoughtful site planning, the Dublin Ranch Basin enhances adjacent property values, evinces sustainable stormwater management practices, and acts as an important component in a broader open space system.
