Within this transit-oriented neighborhood, CMG is working to create a memorable and comprehensive network of pedestrian oriented streetscapes. In Bay Meadows, the streetscapes connect public transit, residences, and mixed use programming to unique and sustainably designed open space destinations. Green design practices are implemented in the open spaces through careful selection of plant material, use of storm water treatment infrastructure, and conscientious site planning. Beautiful to walk through, these open spaces endeavor to become vibrant, program oriented destinations within the community.
