CMG is working with a host of neighborhood groups, city departments, clients, and the community to ensure that this redevelopment site includes high-quality open spaces for the residents and regional community. We are structuring our schematic designs around preserving views and creating porosity throughout the site. A series of view corridors with pocket parks create value for residents and passing visitors while a larger community park with recreational and passive amenities highlights fantastic views of the transforming Naval Base and the bay beyond.
