Adding a vibrant art installation into a public plaza.

Open space amenities for this 35-story mixed-use tower include two terraces with outdoor spa and fitness spaces, outdoor kitchen and dining spaces with BBQ, seating, flexible entertaining spaces, bocce ball court, and a variety of outdoor lounge spaces with fire pits and seating. A new public plaza acts as the building’s front entry and features a major integrated art component for the enjoyment of residents and the community.

Entitled Flowers That Bloom at Midnight, the artwork by world-renowned Japanese contemporary artist Yayoi Kusama is an enormously-scaled flower with bright red petals with white dots and an exaggerated eye in its center. CMG integrated Kusama’s artwork into the plaza design by including a field of bright red dots in the paving.
