Senior Associate
Lauren is a Senior Associate at CMG Landscape Architecture. With a focus on projects of large-scale planning and design, Lauren brings a multi-disciplinary perspective to each of her projects, crafted through her professional experience practicing in architecture and landscape architecture. From leading the visioning process of complex projects such as Civic Center Public Space Design to smaller-scale interventions at the Headlands Center for the Arts, Lauren is interested in urban and cultural landscapes and their dynamic issues of place: community, culture, temporality, and ecology.
Lauren was a member of the CMG team for Irishtown Bend, part of the Cleveland Flats Connections Plan – a project that aims to revitalize a post-industrial riverfront in the heart of Cleveland that was awarded with a Professional Analysis & Planning Honor Award by the American Society of Landscape Architects in 2019. Lauren holds a Master of Architecture and a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Virginia and Bachelor of Science in Architecture with high honors from the University of Virginia.
