Lauren is a Senior Associate at CMG Landscape Architecture. With her dual interests in art and ecology, Lauren brings a passion for creating vibrant and playful urban landscapes - combining those interests to create warm, enjoyable and inspiring urban public spaces. Her early work on residential estates has given her the ability to experiment with materiality. Lauren brings that eye for detail to her large-scale, public work as a Project Manager on Treasure Island Parks and Open Space, where she excels at guiding the multi-disciplinary teams through every stage of the design process - coordinating all Phase I landscape/streetscape design and leading other landscape architects to integrate their work from an urban design and infrastructure standpoint. Lauren uses her leadership and confidence to further the knowledge and skillset of others, teaching at UC Berkeley’s Extension Landscape Architecture Program. Lauren holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of California – Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from University of Wisconsin.
